The Made-in-Singapore Hyundai IONIQ 6 Now Available: Prices Start at S$192,150 Including COE

Hyundai has commenced production and sales of its new made-in-Singapore IONIQ 6, following the success of the locally manufactured IONIQ 5.



Launch and Production

The first made-in-Singapore IONIQ 6 electric sedan was launched on 19 July at the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS). This marks the latest addition to Hyundai's IONIQ lineup produced at the Singapore factory.

Variants and Pricing

The IONIQ 6 is available in four variants:

  • Inspiration 77kWh (Top-spec, All-Wheel Drive, Cat B COE)

  • Prestige 77kWh (Longest Range, Rear-Wheel Drive, Cat B COE)

  • Prestige 53kWh (Cat A COE)

  • Exclusive 53kWh (Entry Level, Cat A COE)

Prices start at S$192,150 including COE for the entry-level Exclusive 53kWh and go up to S$244,850 including COE for the range-topping Inspiration 77kWh model. All variants are produced in-house at the HMGICS factory.

Enhanced Connectivity and Features

The made-in-Singapore IONIQ 6 features enhanced connectivity options, including Bluelink with Hyundai Connected Car Services and over-the-air software updates. This model is produced alongside the IONIQ 5 range and the IONIQ 5 robotaxi, which is exported to the United States.

Charging Solutions and Partnerships

Hyundai has announced enhanced partnerships with several charging solutions providers, offering new options to customers:

  • Schneider Electric provides an industry-leading three-year warranty on their latest home charger, which comes with an extended cable.

  • Mobile charging provider P.UP offers five charges a month for up to 12 months, along with a complimentary 12-month emergency rescue service that includes emergency charging, 12V battery replacement, and up to two tows a year.

Flexible Charging Credits

Hyundai customers can utilize their Flexible Charging Credits at 17 charge point operators (CPOs) across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Availability and Test Drives
